Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed thereafter. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, email support@velocityapi.top from the address used at checkout, including your order reference from the Lemon Squeezy receipt.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once charged. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue. If a renewal was charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review it in good faith.

How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined in cases of evident abuse, violation of our Terms of Service, or excessive consumption of the Service prior to the request. We handle each request fairly and on its merits.
