This Privacy Policy explains how VelocityAPI ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the VelocityAPI website and Social Video Intelligence API (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

  • Account & billing data: your email address and subscription details. Payment card data is collected and processed directly by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Usage data: API request counts, timestamps and technical logs (e.g. IP address, status codes) used to operate, secure and rate-limit the Service.
  • Request inputs: the video URLs you submit are processed to generate a response and are not used to build advertising profiles.

2. How we use information

  • to provide, maintain and improve the Service;
  • to authenticate requests, enforce quotas and prevent abuse;
  • to process subscriptions and send service-related communications;
  • to comply with legal obligations.

3. Video content

We process each request on demand and return structured data. We do not operate a warehouse of downloaded video content, and we do not sell the content of your requests.

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors necessary to run the Service — notably Lemon Squeezy (payments) and our hosting/infrastructure providers — and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Operational logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@velocityapi.top.

7. Cookies

Our marketing site uses only essential functionality and does not set advertising cookies. The checkout flow operated by Lemon Squeezy may set cookies necessary to process your payment.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit and restricted access to systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
